User Names and Passwords are used exclusively to log into Personal Profiles. Organization Profiles are accessed via your Personal Profile and do not have a separate login. Please refer to the directions below; for assistance, contact us.


1.  Select "Login" in the upper right-hand corner of any screen on ConnectRichmond.

2.  You will be directed to the registration page where you will find a "Forgotten Password?" link. Click on this link.

3.  On the next page, you may enter either your User Name or email address to have your login information emailed to you. 

4.  Select "Send Password." Your User Name and Password will arrive in an email to you within minutes.

5.  If the User Name or email address you entered appears in the system, you will receive notice that your password has been sent to your email address. If the User Name or email address you entered does not appear in the system, a warning message will appear. Should this happen, please contact us for assistance.
